By purchasing a subscription product from ChiMeow, you agree to the terms of our automatic refill program described below.

Billing Frequency
Your subscription will automatically renew every 30 days unless cancelled. You will be charged the price shown at checkout, plus any applicable taxes.

Recurring Charges
When you purchase a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to the selected delivery schedule.

Order Renewals
Each renewal will automatically generate a new order that will be processed and shipped to the address on file.

Subscription Confirmation
After completing your subscription purchase, you will receive an email confirmation with details of your order and subscription.

Managing Your Subscription
You can manage, modify, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle by:

Cancellation Deadline
To avoid being charged for the next order, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the next billing date.

Orders Already Processed
Once a renewal order has been created and sent for fulfillment, it may not be possible to cancel that specific order.
